The construction of this magnificent church, which attracts people from all walks of life passing through Istiklal Street, was started in 1906. The structure, which is entirely made of red tiles, is covered with mosaics up to half. It was built in a Neogothic architectural style. The widest door of the church opens to Istiklal Street. 

It is one of the most famous catholic churches in Istanbul.

The most popular feature of the church is that it is the church with the most congregation. 

Masses still take place in the church at certain times, especially at Christmas. Incredible hymns are sung by Filipino and Afghan choirs at Christmas. Many believers and non-believers attend mass to listen to these hymns.

From Monday to Friday, the Centennial Church is open to visitors from 09:00 in the morning until 19:00 in the evening. It can also be visited from 10:00 to 19:00 on Sundays. During these time periods, you can go to one of the magnificent rituals with VIP Istanbul Tourism and participate.
