- The person making the reservation must be over 18 years old.
- Our vehicles are fully insured against passengers and third party claims as required by local law. It is recommended that our guests have personal insurance.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, after your reservation is confirmed, there is absolutely no additional charge from you.
- Our vehicles are capable of carrying one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. Carrying additional luggage may result in an uncomfortable journey for which you are responsible.
- We reserve the right to refuse to transport any person who is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is deemed to pose a threat to the driver, vehicle or other passengers.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and valid mobile phone number, including the international dialing code. Failure to provide adequate communication with the passenger(s) may result in passengers missing transfer services.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and valid location address for pickup and/or drop off changes in the transfer. For reservation change requests, if we can make the requested changes 24 hours before the travel date, a new confirmation document will be sent by e-mail.
Cancellation – Refund Policy
As VIP Istanbul Tourism, you can cancel your reservations for airport and hotel transfer services at any time. In addition, if you are not satisfied with any of our vip transfer and chauffeured car rental services, we will refund your money unconditionally. As VIP Istanbul Tourism, we are working hard to do the best we can.
You can cancel in cases such as flight cancellation or adverse weather conditions. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the transfer time.
